Troop 9615 empowers girls to become confident, strong leaders through outdoor activities, community service, and skill building activities. We foster teamwork, resilience, and a spirit of inclusivity by encouraging our scouts to advocate for social change and support one another in their journey to make a positive difference in the world. Together, we inspire the next generation of strong, authentic leaders.*
*This statement was developed by our youth leadership as a result of Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops Training (ILST)
For over 100 years, Scouting programs have instilled in youth the values found in the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Today, these values are just as relevant in helping youth grow to their full potential as they were in 1910. Scouting helps youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that influence their adult lives. Most eagle scouts that have finished or aged out of scouts now have the skills and knowledge for many things and many more to come.
