Goals for troop - from ILST revisited at yearly planning meeting
Help *_% of Scouts advance at least one rank in the next 12 months. (*need to see what is achievable and challenging)
Encourage every Scout to earn at least 2 merit badges in addition to camp merit badges
Ensure 100% of Scouts have a leadership position or assist in a leadership role during the year.
Complete at least 3 service projects per year (e.g., park cleanup, food drive, helping veterans).
Host a community event or Scout open house to promote Scouting.
Hold a troop family picnic
Continue
Promote Scout spirit by recognizing Scout of the Month
Continue with Partner with a Cub Scout Pack with pwd and other events
Recruit new Scouts this year.
Hold one campout per month.
